ITINERARY
Day 1 Arrival Manali
Arrive in the picturesque town of Manali, nestled amidst the towering peaks.
Take in the local charm and explore attractions like Hadimba Devi temple and Old Manali.
We will have a meeting in evening to discuss the plan of the whole trip

Day 2 Manali to Sarchu
After breakfast, we will ride towards Sarchu, cruising through the newly constructed Atal Tunnel at 10,040 feet Conquer the formidable Baralacha La at 16,040 feet.
Marvel at Suraj Tal, a pristine lake surrounded by Snow-Capped peaks

Day 3 Sarchu To Leh
Journey from Sarchu’s high altitude desert at 14,070 feet through the famed 21 Gata Loops. Conquer the challenging Lachung La and descend to the remote Pang village at 15,300 feet. Cross the surreal expanse of Morey Plains and ascend the Tanglang La, standing at 17,582 feet, before finally reaching the ancient city of Leh.
Honor the bravery of soldiers at Hall of Fame, ascend to Shanti Stupa, step back in time at Leh Palace, and conclude your adventure at Namgyal Tsemo.

Day 4 Leh to Hunder (Nubra)
We’ll start from Leh after breakfast, then traverse the legendary Khardung La.

Day 5 Hunder (Nubra) to Pangong Tso
We will ride towards Pangong Lake via Shayok Route (east of Ladakh ), on the border with China.
You will reach the Lake by evening and be surprised to see such a beautiful lake in the middle of mountains.
Pangong Tso (high grassland lake) is a high altitude salt water lake.

Day 6 Pangong Tso to Hanle
Depart from campsite and head towards Hanle, by crossing Chushul village, Chushul War Memorial, Tsaga La(15,200 feet).
Enjoy the ride upto Hanle, which is the home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory.
Enjoy the stay with Locals at a local guest house.

After processing the booking amount you will get an email confirmation.
Once you paid the 100% amount for your booking, you will get an invoice containing all the information about the trip.
Payment Terms Policy Booking amount 7,500/- (Refundable within 7 days) Rest amount to be paid 45 days before the trip start
Cancellation Policy:
100% of slot confirmation amount is refunded if the trip is cancelled within 7 days of booking.
30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost (Will Be Deducted)
29 - 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost (Will Be Deducted)
Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost (Will Be Deducted) Refund Policy Refund amount will be processed within 2 weeks of business days.
All applicable refunds will be done in the traveller’s Bank Transfer only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rider should have a valid driving license.
- A valid photo ID is required.
- Age limit of the rider should be between 18 years to 55 years.
- A person suffering from Asthma is not allowed to be a part of Bike Tours.
- Trolley bags are not feasible on bike rides. Hence, riders are required not to bring any trolley bags.
- The company will not be responsible for it in case of any damages or loss.
- The weight of the luggage should not exceed 15 kg.
- The rider must be responsible and pay compensation for any external damages to the motorbike or riding gear that occurred during the tour.
- Riding gears would be provided by the company.
- Available sizes range from S to 3XL (the sizes may vary according to the brands).
- Company is not responsible for the safety or any insurance (injury or death) claim of the rider or his/her associate in case of an accident.
- Riders themselves are responsible for such cases.
- First-aid kits are provided by the company (only for minor injuries) for every trip, but in case of any medical emergency or hospitalization, the rider needs to pay for their treatments.
- The company would be responsible to provide only help/aid to the needy during that time.
- In case of an uninformed extension to the travel dates, the hire would be charge double the rental rate for the extra dates.
- For any reason, if the riders abandon the motorbike midway through the tour, charges would apply to the rider to bring back the motorbike.
- For any changes in the itinerary by the rider, no hotel cancellations would be allowed.
- If any mishaps occur during the trip due to natural disasters, the itinerary may change.
- The company would not be responsible for any adversities that occurred due to natural phenomena such as landslides, floods, heavy rain or snowfall, GLOF (Glacial Lake Outburst Flood), etc.
- There could be a delay in the trip or might need to skip a few places. In such cases, additional charges may apply. In case of calamities like war or public health emergencies like Covid 19, the company holds the right to reschedule the tour until the situation allows for it.
- The client should thoroughly test the bike before renting it and in case of any problem with the Motorbike, we shall be informed at once so that it can be fix it on time.
- The client must cooperate with our team during the trip. For any misbehavior by the client, the company may cancel the entire tour.
- Security Deposit of Rs.5000 per bike will be applicable (any damages to the bike or riding gears would be deducted from it), which would be refunded at the end of the tour.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels due to maintenance, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
